HCPSS uses your HCPSS Connect/Family File account to schedule Parent Teacher Conferences which will take place on November 25th & 26th, and for some teachers on November 27th.  You will be able to schedule your child’s conference by logging on to HCPSS Connect at www.hcpss.org/connect to access Synergy Conference Management beginning on November 11th at 6:00 AM through November 22nd at 5:00 PM. You can then choose your desired conference time from each teacher’s availability. After November 22nd, you must contact the office staff for assistance by calling the school at 410-313-2813.

If you are unable to attend conference during the conference days/evenings, please contact your child’s teacher directly to arrange a different time.

Tips for Scheduling Conferences
First Quarter Conferences will be with English Language Arts teachers.
GT Math Teachers are open for conferences with 4th Grade students and new 5th Grade students.

Parent Teacher Conferences will be scheduled in 20-minute increments. This will allow time for our students to participate in the conference and for teachers to share first quarter insights regarding your child.
Conferences will need to begin and end on time.
Please allow yourself travel time between conferences.
Please do not schedule back-to-back conferences with different teachers if at all possible.
Related Arts teachers have a limited number of conference times available in comparison to the number of students they teach. You are not required to schedule a related arts conference, however we encourage you to schedule a conference if you have a concern you would like to discuss with the teacher. If you would like to schedule a conference with a related arts teacher, please email the teacher to schedule with them directly.  Please visit our SJLES staff page for contact information.
