A Request for Allergy Safety

Fri, 10/09/2015 - 4:16pm

We have some students at SJLES with life-threatening allergies to shelled nuts. When the shells are cracked, the particles in the air create a life-threatening situation for sensitive students. We kindly ask that you do not send your child to school with any shelled nuts, for your child’s lunch, snack, or after school activities. A common example of shelled nuts is, peanuts in the shell, however, we are referring to any shelled nuts. Thank you for helping us to keep our school a safe environment for all students
