Elementary school parent-teacher conferences will be held Feb. 7-8. Feb. 7 afternoon conferences will be in person and evening conferences for those teachers who are offering them will be virtual. Feb. 8 conferences will be virtual for those teachers who are offering them. 

Parents/guardians can register via HCPSS Connect Synergy beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, Jan. 22 through 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2. Directions on how to register are available online. When scheduling, the location field will note the time in which virtual conferences will begin for the teacher and conferences occurring before that time will be in person. Closer to the conference date teachers will use Canvas to post/email the room in our school where they will conduct their in-person conferences.

• SJLES Conferences can be scheduled in 15-minute blocks with your child’s math teacher. 

• Families of fifth grade GT Math students can sign up for a conference with Mrs. Cintron or Mrs. Miles. 

• Related Arts Teachers will offer open office hours for parents to drop in and ask questions.
