Book Fair: Starts Thursday | SJLES: Bingo 4/12

2024 Scholastic Book Fair Coming Soon and New Ways to Get Involved!

The 2024 Book Fair starts on THURSDAY! It runs March 14-21st with a family shopping evening on Wednesday March 20th from 3:55-7:30PM. Shop online in support of SJLES from March 13th - March 26th. https://bookfairs.scholastic.com/bf/stjohnslaneelemschool 

Consider Volunteering!!   It takes many hands for the book fair to run smoothly. 

You can choose to contribute to a teacher’s personal eWallet for the 2024 book fair in order to help them build their classroom libraries.  You can do that here: Donate to your teacher's eWallet!

Help supply the Book Fairy with lots of fairy dust to share the love of books with every child!

Save the Date: SJLES Bingo: Friday 4/12

Tickets are now on sale for SJLES Bingo Night, April 12 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.! This

picnic-style event will be held outdoors on the basketball courts behind the school, so please bring a blanket (Rain location: SJLES Gym). 

Tickets are $2 each, and include cards for 10 Bingo games, a snack, and a bottle of water. You also have the option to pre-order pizzas and salads from Vocelli’s. Flyers are being sent home this week, or you can order online via our online PTA store. Registration closes March 27.

Lunch & Recess Volunteer Sign Up!

Please click here to sign up to be a lunch or recess volunteer.  The sign up includes dates and times through the end of the school year. Volunteer requirements links are on the sign up if you haven't completed those yet this year. Thanks for supporting our SJLES staff at lunch and recess!

SAVE on Hershey Park Tickets!

The PTA is excited to offer discounted tickets to Hershey Park again this year! Now through April 12, you can purchase tickets to Hershey Park for just $45 each (a $5 savings per ticket)! Order forms were sent home with students, you can download the form here, or you can order online at the online PTA store.
