SJLES Hybrid Schedule

Greetings SJLES Families, 

 

You should have received an email this afternoon from HCPSS that contained important information regarding our transition to Hybrid Learning on Monday 3/1/2021. The email directed families to this page of the HCPSS website. 

 

You can view our new SJLES schedule by clicking here. It will serve as our schedule for ALL K-5 students beginning on Monday, 3/1/2021. Grade level teams will be sharing additional details regarding the updated schedule in the coming days. Teachers will also update Canvas calendars with their new schedule. 

 

As we have previously shared, we will be hosting virtual orientations prior to each phase of students returning to our school building. Our orientation and return to in-person learning schedule is below...

 

Students in Group E 

  • Group E Parent Orientation - Wednesday, 2/24 @ 6:30

    • Group E Families Only 

    • Google Meet Code was emailed to families with students in Group E earlier this evening

    • Log in using your child’s HCPSS Account

  • Group E Student Orientation - Thursday, 2/25 @ Synchronous Support Time

    • Group E Students Only 

    • Google Meet Code included in email to families with students in Group E earlier this evening

  • Students in Group E Return to SJLES for In-person Learning - Monday, 3/1  

 Primary (K-2) Students 

  • Primary Parent Orientation - Wednesday, 3/3 @ 7:30 (Following PTA Meeting)

    • Google Meet Code: SJLESwelcome

    • Log in using your child’s HCPSS Account

  • Primary Student Orientation - Thursday 3/11 @ Content Block

    • Google Meet Codes will be provided to students who will be attending hybrid learning in-person and to students who are remaining virtual 

  • Primary Students Return to SJLES for In-person Learning - Monday, 3/15 

Intermediate (3-5) Students 

  • Intermediate Parent Orientation - Wednesday, 3/17 @ 6:30

    • Log in using your child’s HCPSS Account

  • Intermediate Student Orientation - Thursday 3/25 @ Content Block

    • Google Meet Codes will be provided to students who will be attending hybrid learning in-person and to students who are remaining virtual

Our website has been updated with Hybrid Learning information and there is still more to come. We are also still looking to fill lunch recess monitor, classroom monitor, and close adult support positions.
