TURKEY TROT FOOD DRIVE:

The Kids Helping Kids Food Drive: SJLES is once again participating in the Kids Helping Kids Food Drive, benefiting the Howard County Food Bank. New this year, some of our donations will also be given to the Mt. Hebron Food Pantry to support people in need right here in our community. From October 14 - November 4, families are invited to donate nonperishable food items. These items should be brought to school and left in student classrooms. 5th Grade Volunteers will be collecting and totaling the items brought in for each class. The HOMEROOM IN EACH GRADE that brings in the most items will be presented the Golden Turkey Award at the PTA Turkey Trot. The OVERALL TOP HOMEROOM that brings in the most items will earn 30 minutes of extra recess with Mrs. Poirier. Let's start collecting and make a difference in our community.

SPOOKTACULAR EVENT at Centennial High School

There is something for everyone!

Haunted house, facepainting, crafts and trick or treating for those in costume!

Tickets are $5 and can be purchased on OSP or at the door.
